NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19, 2013.
The Board of Education of Oakland CUSD #5 will hold a public hearing
on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at 6:45 p.m. in the Lake Crest Library,
310 N Teeter St., Oakland, IL 61943. The purpose of said hearing will
be to receive public comment on a proposed waiver request to allow the
District to attend school on Lincoln’s Birthday, Casimir Pulaski Day,
Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday, Columbus Day, and Veterans’ Day.
